butcher paper is a must for BBQ smoking

First time wrapping brisket in butcher paper for smoking... brisket came out super moist and juicy. Will never use foil again. Would definitely recommend. Awesome deal from a good company 100% recommended!! This is a nice size roll of butcher paper. Perfect for wrapping your meat. Like that it is USA made. Perfect grade of butcher paper for smoking to wrap a brisket..Turned out perfect. was a hit at a party I served at. My husband's nick-name is BBQ Bob so you can imagine he does a lot of BBQing ;) He asked me to get this paper for him and he says it’s just what he needs for every day bbqing and smoking. This is very good paper and you get a lot for a reasonable price. I will definitely be buying more as soon as I need it. This paper makes my smoked meats so tender. I love this butcher paper! It arrived very fast and was on my front porch before I needed it. It is great for smoking meat. I used it to smoke a brisket by wrapping it halfway through the cooking process. Used to smoke a brisket. Delivery was extremely fast and product was as described. BTW, the brisket came out great. Beautiful butcher paper for smoking and great quality. It's think and your usual find of thin quality at local stores. But the color though, kind of brown pink...oh so beautiful! The photos cam doesn’t really capture it. For gift wrapping just perfect and piece of min that it won’t come apart before getting to its destination under the “gentle” shipping and handling conditions. If you’re using recycled boxes and want to cover them to give them a new and beautiful look, this is it. It won’t rip. Great peach paper at a great price... Use it faithfully to finish my brisket and it has never disappointed. I use this paper to wrap up my meat after I smoke them for a while. Works just as expected. Just what my husband needed. He makes a great brisket, and this is perfect to have on hand. Hard to find this item in a store near us. This is the only way I will ever wrap my smoked meats for the final cook before the rest. I will never go back to foil wrapping again.

The versatility of this quality YRYM HT butcher paper roll  is great. In addition to using this paper for food preparation, smoking and storage for which it is primarily intended, it can also be used for many other household purposes such as lining drawers, arts & crafts, wrapping packages and making templates. Not pictured in the Amazon post are two included plastic end-caps on each end of the roll for mounting on a dispenser/cutter that I intend to buy for mounting on a wall. In case you are wondering, the paper is actually brown as pictured, not an aesthetic pink as described in the post. Very surprised at how tough this paper was, even when tugged on the diagonal. Food grade, FDA approved, great for all your food preparation needs. Made in the USA natural unbleached paper 18 inches is a pretty good width as well 200 feet long, great value. This product works well for wrapping meats when being smoked. Perfect every time.

I have used YRYM HT butcher paper roll on a few cooks and have had no problem with it. I purchased this not even to use with meats or food. I got this to wrap gifts with! Such a great gift wrap! You can draw on it... Stamps.. Etc! Lots for your money!!!!! I also lay it out on a table when painting, or anything messy! Works great for easy clean ups! Keeps frozen foods longer. This product was not like any butcher paper I've purchased in the past. Not real butcher paper. It’s just a roll of paper. The butcher paper absorbed the moisture from the meat and stuck. Not a good product at all DON'T BUY !! Sticks to food even when frozen, and not easy to get off!
