Works great to wrap the brisket. Used this for smoking my first brisket and it turned out great! This paper is great for smoking any kind of meats. Worked great when we were smoking brisket. I would recommend this paper. Yep... it's butcher paper that works just as it should. The only thing I disliked about the product is that it stuck to what I was cooking. But also, I probably should have put more of a layer of seasoning so it would not stick to the meat. Other than that, it works great. Paper came on time, and it has worked great every time I used it. YRYM HT butcher paper for smoking Works great! Will order this again. Only used this once at this time. Smoked a brisket for 6hrs. Wrapped it in the pink butcher paper, put back on for another 3hrs. Very durable. Was happy w/purchase. Perfect for what i needed. Using this to wrap various meats during the smoking process. This holds up really well and I won't be running out of this product any time soon. Perfect for Texas style brisket. This was my first time using butcher paper. It worked like a champ. No issues. Lots of moisture and juices as I unwrapped it. It did the job my husband expected when wrapping his brisket. Exactly what the description says. Does a great job of preventing longer smokes from over smoking your meat. Not as thick as I thought it would be for butcher wrapping paper but it works well. Exactly what I was looking for. Smoked some ribs, pork butt, and a brisket wrapped them a few hours into the cooking process with the butcher paper and ended with great results.

It works great. Keeps the juices in without drying the meat out or over cooking. I got this product to compare smoking ribs using peach paper or aluminum foil. I used the 3-2-1 method of smoking on my pellet grill--3 hours of cooking on the grates, followed by two hours wrapped in butcher paper or foil, then the final hour with the racks of ribs back on the grill. I did not notice an appreciable difference, but if I had to give a nod to one or the other, I would say the ribs wrapped in aluminum came out more moist. Of course, the rib themselves could have had more fat. Still, a good product and sturdy. I will continue to use it (and enjoy the end products of my experiments).
