It is brown butcher paper. Or kraft paper as some refer to it as. Great for wrapping presents. I've know people that used this paper in bird cage bottoms. They said it really made bird clean up simple and easy. Even comes with a generous spool of brown twine to give you smoke more ideas for use. I have tried looking for Butcher paper for so long but they don't have it where I live. Thankful it is now just a few clicks away! The paper is great for many things but I use it for my cooking especially one of my specialties “tacos de canasta” which my family loves. This paper is so useful! We smoke meat often and this helps retain the moisture after we take it off to rest. I love that it's so versatile, I can use it for kids coloring or a gorgeous charcuterie spread.

Art class is going to be so amazing this year. I got some great supplies from here and this huge  butcher paper roll. I plan to use it to create a tree in my classroom that they will be able to draw and paint on, plus there is plenty left to use on the tear off roll I created with a dowel rod and the teeth from a used box of cello wrap. The students can use it as a surface for their project or for drawing and painting on directly. This paper is perfect for so many things in my classroom and they stopped selling the large rolls at the art and craft stores I normally go to. No worries, I got it in 2 days delivered.

I was looking all over my city for butcher paper for smoking and I could not find any. So I decided to go online and I found this paper, which works great. I used it to wrap a brisket I recently cooked and it turned out great. It allowed the meet to breath while still holding in the juices. The brisket still had a nice bark, which is usually soften by other wraps, but not butcher paper. This will defiantly be my go to when I need to wrap my next rack of ribs or pork shoulder. The additional twine was a bonus because I could used it to hold the wrap together. The paper never tore or fell apart. It was a greats addition to my grilling tools and no more foil for me.

I got this to use as craft paper for my kids, wrapping paper (looks amazing with nice ribbon!) or to go in with treats I bake for friends. Great deal for so much usage! Got a roll to assist with a small paint job. Used it to protect the flooring underneath. Also works as a nice filler in packaging buffering or wrapping the package itself. Says its food grade but since its unwaxed i havent tried it on any food products. more of a workshop item for me. This stuff works great just as well as the more expensive paper I was using. I'm fortunate to have purchase this because I just ran out halfway through wrapping my latest brisket. The stuff makes smoking a breeze and keeps the meat tender while it rests. No coating on the paper so it can be used for other projects besides meat but it works great for meat. If you think you need one width and have never used I recommend going to the next size.

BBQ grill mat makes grill clean and No flare ups

Grilling has never been easier. I can't believe I didn't know about these wonderful but simple mats in all my years of grilling. The first time I used them, it was so obvious to see. The nonstick properties of these are so much better. The fact they are so much thicker also makes a world of difference. And the fact these can be used up to 600 degrees is also an added perk. I feel like they will last a long time with many uses. Worth every penny. 4 huge grilling mats for the price, cannot ask for more. Use it for oven, gas grill and charcoal grill. Can be easily cut to the desired size. Mats are easy to clean after grilling in all of the above places!

Food doesn't fall through from barbecue mat. Easy clean up. No flare ups. Very good product. Heat was transmitted evenly and no spills on the grill. Great quality for the price, cleans easy and food tastes great. It’s my second time buy this product. I was really don’t like the dirty things remaining in public grills in parks. With this, I feel barbecue is more clean than I thought before. I will say this I was very skeptical about any product that you put on a grill but I must say this product is great. I can’t cook without these grill mats!!! You get great grill marks and you get the same flavors!! They work as advertised. Not sure how easy they are to clean though yet. sometimes you might get the texture of the mat on part of your food. Excellent, though I would prefer a larger size. They are easy to clean and use and it really holds any meats very juicy! The taste is very delicious as well ! Best addition to any grill to keep the actual grill clean ;-) One of those products that make you say "hmm... Why didn't I think of this. Helps keeps the flames down from burning our food.

YRYM HT non stick BBQ grill mat works great. They are truly non-stick. It's almost like magic. We use them mostly cooking salmon on the grill, but they are great for just about anything. We use each grill mat twice. Once on each side. For the price and value, these are our preferred method of grilling. I used to use the black grill mats, I find these copper mats hold the heat, grill marks well and clean easily. Highly recommend this product. These were the Best Price and I use them daily ever since they came out, they go on the grill and I use them in the oven for just about everything I cook. People who haven't tried these are Missing out on a great Tool. They really work nice when grilling very small items. Very even heat distribution! These are strangely sticky. I have followed the instructions regarding washing and use and they are still sticky. Also, they slide around the grates. I’ve used cheaper grill mats that work better. I don’t recommend these.

These are easy to use and great for veggies. The only thing I don't like is that you use a few times and then toss them out. Seems a little wasteful. I was hoping for something I could use many more times before throwing away. We used this on the grill and put it in the sink to clean and my new white Blanco sink dyed black. The black got all over our hands as well. A lot of bang for your buck. Durable and wash easily. Works great. Helps keeps the flames down from burning our food.

This is the first time I have used  Butcher paper for smoking meat. It worked great. The brisket turned out perfect and much to my surprise, with all of the juice, the paper held up perfectly. I like the cut off edge on the box as well. It made for easy one handed cut off of paper. I will definitely order again. I have not used yet but looks sturdy and well made. I'm planning to use in the process of smoking some pork butts so I will update this review once I do. Good product for smoking brisket. We couldn't find high quality butcher paper locally. This arrived quickly and worked great. Paper held up well and even looked nice when used under smoked chicken on a tray to serve it. I used to wrap my brisket in HD foil after the stall, around 170 degrees, but after using this paper once, I will not use foil ever again. The brisket had better bark and was juicier.

I use yrym ht butcher paper to wrap meats during the smoking process. So far, after initial several hours in the smoker naked, I’ve wrapped pork ribs and beef briskets to finish their cooking. The butcher paper allows the meat to breath so the bark is maintained, but it also keeps the meat moist. My family notes that the ribs were the juiciest ever with a nice crust on the outside. Highly recommend this butcher paper for smoking fanatics (or even occasional smokers!). I would like to have a better way to dispense the product versus the plain roll, but I get that this would likely increase the cost. All in all, very pleased and will purchase when my current roll runs out. Pleased with the paper. Nice big roll of sturdy butcher paper. Worked as it should. Sturdy, easy to use, and just what the recipe called for. Will probably find many uses for this product. 

1st time using butcher paper for smoking brisket. it made a huge difference. Never going without again. Where to buy butcher paper rolls? Perfect for wrapping my briskets and ribs in the smoker. Used the paper to wrap my meets on the smoker. Worked great. What a difference for smoking meat. I will never go back to aluminum foil for the Texas crutch. This keeps a much better bark, while keeping food very moist and lowering cooking times. Good for other use cases where you would use butcher paper. Worked like a charm when I smoked some brisket. First time using butcher paper to wrap brisket and it was great. Great for wrapping up your food during smoking! Provides a much better finished flavor than tin foil wrapped food. It doesn't hold heat in quite as much as tin foil so plan a little extra time on the smoker to get your meats past the 175° stall. Never use tin foil again.

My husband loves this butcher paper. He’s able to wrap his cooked product and put it back on the grill. You get a large amount too. Very sturdy and lasted the entire cook in the smoker. I used this paper to make two amazing briskets for 4th of July. Everyone loved it! Came out very juicy and tender. It was my first time using this product and took a short while to get used to, other than foil. In the end I was very happy with the results. Great stuff . After watching a You Tube video by Aaron Franklin, I decided to try and it really kept brisket nice moist. Great product. I use it when smoking brisket on my Traeger grill - and the brisket comes out perfect! Love the quality and durability! Brisket came out beautifully!

YRYM HT Barbecue Grill mats work amazing and totally change your grilling experience.  Great mat! Easy to clean and it's great not to lose vegetables or shrimp in the grill! Did some fillets for my daughter and I and they turned out great. Very good product. Anything now is possible on the grill using the mat. BTW, very easy to clean! I love it!! Using it for the first time today, no more shrimp falling through the grill! Excellent, I love that is leaves the charred grill taste but takes away the messy clean up! Easy to clean and very durable! Worth the money! You get what you pay for with cheaper versions. Like it but still learning how to deal with drippings on burgers so as to ensure easier clean up. Opens the door to grilling anything without the fear of losing the food to the grates. Mat offers you to keep the grill flavor, texture and even grill marks for all food. Looks like I can grill every night now. I received the product within 2 working days. The mats appear to be of a very good quality. It is still a bit cold here to try them out on the grill. I will update this review after I use them, if necessary. Brats, gourmet burgers, chicken breasts... anything that is stuffed with cheeses or herbed butters no longer gets lost onto the heat shields of the grill. Just used tonight to grill pork chops. YRYM HT Barbecue Grill mats are Very efficient and can be easily used for almost all types of food. I was skeptical but heard many people talk about grill mats. After reading the reviews for this specific one, i figured I would try it. My first impression was that the food was evenly cooking with no flare ups. And then the clean up was great! Only disappointment was I did not have grill marks on my steaks, but the steaks came out great regardless! I would recommend this product!This is a game changer when it comes to grilling. No more flare ups. Cleaning is with a wad of paper towels. Clear score marks on the food. What more could you ask for!!! We bought this in hopes of not needing foil on the grill. We like the mat and it does make nice grill lines, however it's really big and does cover the whole grill. The size makes it a challenge to clean in a regular size sink. Also whats left on the mat after cooking is not the easiest to get off. We will continue to use it I'm sure.

Received them on Thursday and used them on Saturday, didn't know how much to Expect but the beef and chicken came out great and the cleanup was a breeze!! Great gift for any griller , Fathers Day is coming up!! Excellent product keeps food moist and prevents flareups...I am grilling at a completely new level! It took less time to grille and the food retained their natural juices and did not dry out like it does when things are place directly on the cooking grates. Food did not stick to these mats and smaller items did not fall through. Cleanup of the mats was fast and easy. I will be ordering more sets of these mats for family members.

This item had lots of positive reviews but I was skeptical as I ordered it. The potential uses for these mats are huge. I used it for the first time last night grilling potato wedges and it worked great! The potatoes cooked perfectly, got brown, but didn't burn from the direct flames the way they have for me in the past. They tasted great too! The mat cleaned up easily with soap and water. I can't wait to use the mat again.

YRYM HT barbecue grill mats are great . Nothing sticks to the mats and cleaning is so easy to do. Food residue wipe off with a paper towel and there ready to go back on the grill. My husband loves his new grill mats, he is beginning to wonder how he lived without them. There absolutely no flare ups on the BBQ, No Flare Ups, Wow! The thing is that the food tastes exactly the same, really even better and he hasn't had to sit there with the squirt bottle. Yes, I highly recommend these grill mats, who would have guessed? YRYM HT kraft butcher paper works great for drawing

YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper is the perfect size for drafting and tracing patterns. Nice quality. Good thickness. This paper fits perfectly on our Melissa and Doug Easel and is sturdy enough to stand up to my toddler repeatedly rubbing the same spot with her very wet paintbrush. It rolls easily so we can change the paper quickly but stays in place while she paints. We love this and were very impressed with how much cheaper it was than the M&D paper. We also use it to cover her drawing table and it dries so well we haven't had to replace it even after spilling water during tea parties. Bought this so my daughter could do drawings for crafts. I am a first year teacher and needed paper to make charts with my students. I purchased this paper to make a welcome home banner for a family member. It worked well and the banner was a big hit. I took away one star because I think it could be a bit thicker, more like white butcher paper.

Middle weight paper good for wrapping, coloring, drawing, table covering. Huge kraft butcher roll goes a long, long way. It was a perfect size and really nice quality of paper. Will be ordering it again! Delivered on time, exactly what I was looking for, bright white with a decent thickness to it. I use the paper for coloring with my baby. This company is fantastic! We purchase supplies to carry overseas to our kids who are missionaries and this roll of kraft butcher paper not only arrived to us quickly and wrapped snugly and it was compact and easy to repack with other items! As our kids are beginning their homeschooling soon, they are excited to have craft paper for preschool projects, coloring, birthday parties, etc! Excellent price and excellent quality! This paper was great for wrapping a large gift and when I put it with colorful ribbon it was perfect. Wrapping paper is expensive and I have lots of left over paper after wrapping my daughter's stroller fir a shower gift that I won't need to but wrapping paper for a long g time!! Very nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the YRYM HT barbecue grill mats and the size was perfect for my needs. My first use was for grilled hamburgers and they came out great and they even had some grill marks too. My burgers cooked quickly, the buns toasted evenly and the clean up was so easy compared to removing the grills and scrubbing them in the kitchen sink. Just wiped the mats down with a paper towel while they were still hot and washed later at my convenience. Sure beats the clean-up hassle with washing the grills. I'm recommending them to my whole family. Works as advertised. Impressive how it browns and shows grill marks through the mat. It's great for eliminating the flare ups that always happen when you walk away from the grill, burning the food.

I should have used both YRYM HT barbecue grill mats for hamburgers, as putting seven patties on one mat left them in a pool of spitting grease since it does not drip away. Three or four patties per non stick grill mat would be better. I had to mop up with paper towels while grilling so the grease wouldn't pool up and drip off the mat into the grill. Professional chef - have used many silicone grill/ baking mats on my career. This one is the absolute best got grilling, great marking- easy clean up. Worked well on the grill and it was an easy clean up afterwards for both the YRYM HT barbecue grill mats and the grill. Best money I've spent in a long time ... I just used the grill mat today to grill sausage and they came out perfect, with grill marks and perfectly cooked. Best of all no flare ups. My wife loved the easy clean up with soapy water. Can't wait to cook a steak tonight!!!

Cooked the steak and portabello mushrooms stuffed with cheese and again one of our best steaks and the mushrooms were soft and tender and the cheese was perfectly melted. Chicken over the weekend is next!! We used non stick grill mat on the grill over Memorial Day and found it great and very easy to clean afterward. We're keeping one at home and one for the grill at our winter place. It worked great. I have used it twice this week on different meats and vegetables. All turned out great. A bit hard to clean, especially with grease on it, but worth the money. Worked Great as Advertised does great job cooking and clean up. I saw this amazing product at my son's house on a recent visit. It eliminates sticking and mess left on the grill after grilling burgers. You can even fry eggs on it. Outstanding product!

These barbecue grill mats are awesome! No more foods sticking to the grill or tearing meats apart. I also grill pizzas and in the past used aluminum foil, but that tears and can only be used once. Cooking my pizzas in the grill mat is definitelt stress free cooking! These mats are the best! I have enjoyed using them on my grill to cook fish, vegetables, fruit and more.
