grill spicy chicken wings

Chicken wings with spicy sauce is really delicious. this recipe is useful to help you cook flavorful chicken wings.

ingredients

10 chicken wings
2 tablespoons of barbecue
3 tablespoons of auxiliary materials
1 tsp salt
Ginger 3 slices
1 spoonful of honey

Steps:
1. The chicken wings are washed clean.

2. Add two spoonfuls of spicy grilled wing marinade, two tablespoons of wine, one spoonful of salt, three slices of ginger.

3. Use a toothpick to put some small holes in the chicken wings, it is easier to taste. The chicken wings are mixed with plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Place tin foil on the baking tray, place the marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet and brush a layer of honey.

5. The oven is heated up and down at 170 degrees.

6. Put the chicken wings in a preheated oven, it is suggested to place a grill mat on it to in case of sticking, grill for 15 minutes, remove the chicken wings in the middle, then brush a layer of honey and continue to bake for 5 minutes.

7. The spicy and spicy grilled wings of the oil are ready.


Tips:

Thanks for question. These can be stored by rolling up or by laying flat. When ready to use, simply unroll it, flip it over and put it directly on the grill and start grilling your food items, or you can also unroll, flip and put a cookie sheet or other item on it while you are preparing your food. Directions

1. Clean the fish. Then wipe up the fish dry with paper towels, and transfer to a large plate in the refrigerator until your grill is ready. If the fish is wet, it will steam not sear.

2. Prepare to heat the grill. You can buy grill tools in yrymht.com. Gently immerse a tissue in the oil; hold the ball with a pair of pliers and wipe the grate. Continue to wipe the grate with an oiled paper towel and re-dip the towel between the applications until the grate is black and shiny, about 5 to 10 times.

3. Lubricating the grate is not an end - it is applied to the grate with oil, just as you do with a cast iron pan. Due to the high temperature of the grate, the oil polymerizes to form a layer that helps prevent the protein in the fish from adhering to the metal. When cooking fine seafood, we recommend wiping the grate multiple times to form a coating to ensure your fish won't stick.

4. Smear the sides of the fish with a thin vegetable oil.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Place the fish skin side down and place the slats diagonally.

7. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the grill, and cook without moving the fish until the skin is brown on the side, clearly marked, and crisp, 2 to 4 minutes.

8. Try to lift the fish gently with a spatula after 2 minutes; if it does not cleanly lift the grill, continue cooking, check every 30 seconds until it is released.

9. Turn the fish to the second side with 2 scrapers.

10. Cover the grill and cook until the center of the fillet is opaque, then register 125 degrees on the instant reading thermometer and extend it for another 3 to 7 minutes. (This technique is best for salmon fillets, but it is also suitable for any thick, solid white fish including red snapper, grouper, halibut and mackerel. Cook white fish to 140 degrees for up to 2 minutes on each side. )

how to make lemon pudding by yourselves

Many people likes eating lemon pudding very much. And this article is a brief recipe to make lemon pudding.


1. First, you need to prepare some ingredients below
2/3 cup granulated sugar,
finely grated zest of 1 lemon,
2cups of heavy whipping cream,
1 cup of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and sliced strawberries,
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 Warm the cream and sugar: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the cream, sugar and lemon zest. Bring to a boil. Adjust the heat to a gentle boil, and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.

Watch carefully and stir frequently to prevent the cream from boiling over.

2 Add the lemon juice and go on to simmer for 5 more minutes. It is important to stir frequently.

3 Take the pan off the heat and let the cream cool for 5 minutes.

4 Strain and chill. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or other container for easy pouring.

Pour into 4 four-ounce ramekins or pretty stemmed glasses.

5 Put the pudding into the refrigerate, uncovered, for 2 to 3 hours, or until set. This pudding can also be prepared and refrigerated up to 2 days in advance. Top each glass with berries just before serving.
