How to Grill Italian flavor shrimps

Shrimps can provide plenty of protein and calcium. As it is lower in cholesterol, it is perfect food for people who are losing weight to supple protein. Grilled shrimps taste delicious. If added Italian flavor dressing, they are more fragrant. Follow my recipe and have a start to grill Italian flavor shrimps.

Ingredients
250 grams shrimps
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Appropriate amount of fresh rosemary
Italian flavoring

Directions:

1. Use a toothpick to cross the penultimate section from the head of the shrimp or the tail of the shrimp, gently pick out, and then the shrimp intestines can be easily pulled out.
2. Wash and drain the shrimps.
3. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, Italian flavoring, and rosemary  in a bowl. Stir evenly to form puree. Rub marinate thoroughly over the shrimps and marinade for about half an hour.
4. Take the marinated shrimps out of the refrigerator. Soak the bamboo or wooden skewers soaked in water for at least 3 hours to prevent from burning. It is highly suggested to use metal skewers.
5. Thread the shrimps from the tail. Each skewer is threaded with a shrimp.
6. Place a grill mat on the baking tray, which can prevent grease from sticking and keep grill clean. Then transfer the skewers of shrimps into the baking tray.
7. Preheat the oven over 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
8. Transfer the baking tray to the oven, grill for 20 minutes.
9. Take out, and rub with the Italian flavoring.
10 Transfer back to the oven, grill over 200 degrees for another 5 minutes.
11. Take out and transfer to a plate. Serve when it is still warm.
